Description of Services

By enroling in this electronic delivery service, you agree to receive by email notices about securityholder materials and to receive and access these materials electronically. These materials are made available electronically by mutual funds, issuers and other third parties. Quarterly and annual reports (including financial statements), proxy and securityholder meeting materials, and newsletters are examples of securityholder materials that may be made available electronically. The email notice will include the Internet address (URL) where the materials can be found and will be available on that site for such a period of time as required by applicable legislation or as indicated in the notice or on the site. If the securityholder materials are not made available electronically by the company you have invested in, you will receive the standard printed materials and no notice will be sent by email.

Your enrolment will be effective immediately for all holdings in the specified account on an ongoing basis unless you change or cancel your enrolment, which you may do at anytime. The content of the information provided for electronic delivery is the responsibility of the mutual fund, issuer or third party, presenting it.

Scope of Service

SecureOnlineDelivery operates on behalf of Mututal Fund companies and Issuers who contract our services. Service works separately for each independent issuer. Multiple accounts may be handled separately. If you have one or more accounts with one of our Mututal Fund or Issuer clients, and they make materials available electronically, we will provide electronic access to materials only for the accounts which have been linked to our service. Each unique account number, or for certain issuers each group of accounts, must be enroled separately. All accounts may be enroled under a single SecureOnlineDelivery account Login ID.
